Job summary

Yahoo Inc. is seeking an accomplished Growth & Subscriptions leader to own the growth strategy for Yahoo Sports and drive revenue across Fantasy, Fantasy+ and future subscription offerings.

You will lead AI-driven experiments, optimize onboarding flows, and collaborate with Engineering, Product, Marketing, BD and Editorial to scale engagement and retention. The role requires 10+ years in product/growth leadership for consumer platforms, with a track record in D2C subscription metrics, paywall

Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in product management, growth, or digital subscription leadership within consumer-facing, high-scale platforms.
• Proven track record in operating a D2C or subscription business with conversion, activation, retention and LTV.
• Experience using AI-assisted analytics or workflow tools to accelerate growth velocity.
• Deep command of in-product growth mechanics, including paywall optimization, onboarding, viral loops, and A/B testing.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end growth strategy and revenue performance across Yahoo Sports product portfolio, driving adoption for Yahoo Fantasy and revenue for Fantasy+.
• Champion generative AI tools to accelerate growth experimentation and personalized onboarding journeys.
• Drive retention, engagement, and re-engagement across core surfaces and features.
• Direct in-product monetization strategies for Fantasy+, including dynamic paywalls and onboarding activation.
• Leverage AI-assisted analytics and predictive modeling to identify churn indicators and optimize experiments.
• Lead cross-functional growth initiatives across Engineering, Product, Marketing, Business Development and Editorial.
• Foster an AI-forward culture and build team competency in prompt-assisted copywriting and rapid prototyping.
