Job summary

Directive Consulting, a performance marketing agency, seeks an Associate Director to lead client engagements and drive growth across channels. You’ll set goals, ensure best practices, and coach strategists to achieve SQL targets and strong CSAT while building a high-performance pod.

You’ll mentor teams, shape strategy, and partner with leadership to push LTV:CAC modeling, Share of SERP, and content initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience leading client engagements and driving retention.
• Strong leadership with clear communication and accountability.
• Proven ability to analyze data and tell compelling marketing stories.

Responsibilities

• Goal Setting: set goals for every client engagement in their pod.
• Best Practices: ensure client follows best practices across channels.
• LTV:CAC modeling and Customer Generation initiatives.
• Share of SERP optimization and functional content development.
• Breakdown barriers by supporting strategists to earn a yes.
• Lead with structure, cadence, and proactive communication within the team.
