Job summary

Daily Mail US is seeking a Director of Subscription Growth to own US subscriber growth and subscription revenue. You will report to the General Manager, US, and partner closely with the global subscriptions team in London to lead strategy across paid acquisition, registration, paywall conversion, lifecycle marketing, engagement, and retention.

Qualifications

• Seven+ years in subscription, membership, or direct-to-consumer growth with leadership experience.
• Direct accountability for revenue, subscribers, or other key metrics.
• Strong financial fluency: CAC, payback, margin, LTV.

Responsibilities

• Own US subscriber growth and revenue targets.
• Lead US growth strategy aligned with global objectives.
• Manage paid acquisition, funnel optimization, and testing roadmap.
• Build and coach a small growth team and establish operating cadences.
