The role connects Finance, Lines of Business, and cross-functional stakeholders to prioritize initiatives with enterprise potential. The director will drive market analysis, due diligence, and financial modeling, and will partner with Finance to align ROI expectations before opportunities advance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, finance, or related field.
• 12+ years of experience in corporate strategy, corporate development, business development, strategic finance, or management consulting.
• Experience developing and evaluating new business opportunities, including market analysis and due diligence.
• Experience leading cross-LOB initiatives in a large, matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Own and prioritize the team’s portfolio of new business opportunities across LOBs.
• Lead and develop team members, establish operating rhythms and tools for the new function.
• Engage with LOB leaders to align on top strategic priorities.
• Conduct market analysis and competitive benchmarking to identify opportunities.
• Oversee due diligence and financial/operational modeling for opportunities.
• Partner with Finance early to align assumptions and ROI expectations.
• Drive cross-LOB initiatives from concept through implementation.
• Communicate with senior leadership and build trusted stakeholder relationships.
