Samsung Electronics seeks a Chief of Staff for the Platform Business in North America. You will serve as strategic partner to the VP of the Service Partnership Group, shaping priorities, operating rhythm, and execution across the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA preferred.
• 8–10 years as a Chief of Staff/Head of Operations or Strategy in media/tech.
• Executive presence and judgment; comfortable with senior executives.
• Exceptional communication skills; able to craft executive narratives.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking; execution focused.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-quality leadership presentations and executive summaries.
• Oversee progress against goals, KPIs, and budgets throughout the year.
• Translate priorities into clear goals, actions, and accountability with the VP.
• Serve as trusted proxy for the VP in meetings and cross-functional work.
• Establish and maintain team workflows, planning, and reporting.
• Identify process improvements and drive automation projects.
• Own operating cadence and lead all-hands and leadership sessions.
• Coordinate cross-functional work to keep priorities aligned.
• Tackle high-priority initiatives with structure and momentum.
