Job summary

IQVIA LLC is seeking a Director, Key Account Management within IQVIA Clinical Technology to lead strategic client relationships across local and international markets. You will drive opportunities, manage complex campaigns, and coordinate with global and regional sales teams to deliver tailored solutions.

The role requires extensive knowledge of clinical technology, a strong track record in sales and account management, and an ability to influence stakeholders across organizations.

Qualifications

• Extensive knowledge of Clinical Technology solutions.
• 10+ years in sales, business development or similar roles within the pharmaceutical, CRO, health, life science or related regulated industry.
• Proven track record of managing mid-level and high-level contacts.
• Strong organizational, planning and project management skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to work under demanding timelines and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and further establish strong professional relationships across the client organization; focus on e-clinical Technology.
• Develop and maintain deep knowledge of client business priorities, culture, product portfolio and budget.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support the sales cycle from RFX to sale.
• Identify opportunities to tailor IQVIA Clinical Technology solutions to client needs.
• Engage with client teams to bring relevant marketing and thought leadership materials.
• Drive strategic discussions and opportunities in partnership with Technology Business Partner and Global Account Director.
