Job summary

Diebold Nixdorf, Incorporated is seeking a Director of Strategic Alliances & Partner Management to build and lead relationships with leading technology companies, cloud providers, system integrators, and industry innovators on a global scale.

You will shape the partner ecosystem and influence technology strategy while creating long-term business impact, reporting to the SVP of Strategic Platform & Technology Management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
• 10–12 years in Strategic Planning and Corporate Development, with 4–6 years in leadership.
• Fluent business English, both written and spoken.
• Experience leading strategic partnerships, alliances, ecosystem management, or business development initiatives.
• Strong commercial acumen and experience driving measurable business outcomes.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders internally and externally.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage strategic alliances with key technology and ecosystem partners.
• Identify new technologies, solutions, and partnerships that enhance Diebold Nixdorf's portfolio.
• Collaborate across Product Management, Engineering, Sales, Finance, Legal, and Corporate Development.
• Support strategic partnership evaluations, ecosystem expansion, and M&A-related collaboration opportunities.
• Establish governance, performance metrics, and scalable processes for partner engagement.
• Drive joint go-to-market initiatives, co-sell motions, and commercial growth opportunities.
• Build executive-level relationships with partners and serve as a trusted strategic advisor.
