Qualifications

• 10+ years in technology partnerships or ecosystem leadership in SaaS or enterprise software.
• Experience building and scaling partnerships from concept to execution.
• Proven success negotiating strategic agreements with deal values exceeding $5M.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Define and scale Black Duck's technology alliance strategy and ecosystem.
• Build executive-level relationships with cloud platforms and AI innovators.
• Lead partnership lifecycle from identification to commercialization.
• Develop governance processes and KPIs for alliance function.
