Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent work experience required.
• Minimum of 2-4 years of relevant experience in Client Project and Program Management.
• Good business English skills (Written and spoken).
• Knowledge of MS Suite of products.

Responsibilities

• Defines the value proposition, work plan, resource needs, timeline and budget for client product and / or service delivery projects.
• Manages resources to achieve project objectives on time, within scope and on budget.
• Delivers multiple project initiatives to enhance services and customer support.
• Plans, directs, prioritizes, manages change and ensures delivery aligned with client expectations.
• Communicates clearly with stakeholders and participates in team meetings.
• Ensures compliance with standards, policies and protecting corporate assets.
