La Senza in Columbus, OH is seeking a Director, Store Operations to lead our North America retail operations, overseeing asset protection, budgets, communications, field execution, procurement, and store-level sales growth. This hands-on leader will shape strategy and drive execution, building scalable processes and leading a high-performing team.

• Develop multi-year strategy with implementation plan to achieve business objectives & financial KPIs.
• Manage budgets and expenses including store labor, procurement, store occupancy
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve Ops policies, processes, and procedures
• Lead Operational functions including communications, field execution and workforce management
• Lead the execution of markdowns, transfers, seasonal sales, and physical inventory
• Create a Center of Excellence through elevated store commitment & execution
• Oversee Asset Protection, store shrink results, restitution & investigation processes
• Evolve and elevate store reporting, KPI dashboards to align with performance management goals
• Oversee Omni-Channel capability, performance metrics, processes and reporting
• Maintain the field alignment, tier groups and sales volume bands by store and district
• Manage store technology including innovation, pilots, implementations, and decommissioning
• Create and maintain Ops records, reporting, and data into an Operational repository.
• Develop ongoing development and training materials for District Manager and Store roles
• Implement development program linked to leadership pipelines and succession planning
• Develop onboarding roadmap and digitize field training materials
• Create selling and product knowledge programs for consistent customer experiences and sales growth
• Support HR in developing and implementing Talent Management processes and materials
