La Senza, a growing retail services organization based in Columbus, Ohio, seeks a Director of Store Operations to lead North American store operations. This hands-on role combines strategy with execution, overseeing asset protection, budgeting, communications, field execution, procurement, and profitability.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in business, retail management, finance or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive operational experience, including field leadership.
• Experience supporting multi-location retail or customer-facing businesses.
• Strong track record in leading large cross-functional teams.
• Strong retail financial acumen and budget management experience.
• Ability to influence across all levels of the business.

• Develop multi-year strategy with implementation plan to achieve objectives and KPIs.
• Manage budgets and expenses including store labor, procurement, and occupancy.
• Develop, implement, and improve Ops policies, processes, and procedures.
• Lead operational functions including communications, field execution and workforce management.
• Oversee markdowns, transfers, seasonal sales, and physical inventory.
• Oversee Asset Protection, shrink results, restitution and investigations.
• Evolve store reporting and KPI dashboards to support performance management.
• Oversee Omni-Channel capability, processes and reporting.
• Create and maintain Ops records and data in an operations repository.
