La Senza is seeking an experienced Manager, Facilities to lead North America retail facilities. You will manage maintenance, budgets, vendor relationships, and safety programs while developing long-term facilities plans and emergency procedures.

The role combines strategy with hands-on execution, requiring strong project management, vendor coordination, and compliance oversight to support store openings and expansions across our network.

Formación

• 5+ years of facilities management experience.
• Strong understanding of building systems and safety regulations.
• Proficient with facilities management software and MS Office.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee maintenance, repair and improvement of facilities, including HVAC and electrical systems.
• Develop and manage facilities budget; forecast expenses and identify cost savings.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations; conduct inspections.
