La Senza is seeking an experienced Manager, Facilities in Columbus, Ohio to lead the facilities function during a growth phase. You will oversee maintenance, safety, and program development while managing budgets and vendor relationships.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in facilities management, strong leadership, and knowledge of building systems. This role requires a hands-on leader capable of scaling processes and managing day-to-day operations.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field.
• 5+ years in facilities management or related field.
• Strong understanding of facility systems and safety regulations.
• Proficient in facilities management software and MS Office.
• FMP or CFM certifications are a plus.

Mansioni

• Oversee maintenance, repair, and improvement of all facilities and manage vendors.
• Develop and manage the facilities budget with forecasting and tracking.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
