Job summary

Thomasville Restoration is seeking a Director of Specialty Services to lead 24/7 specialty operations across a multi-state region. You will own execution, documentation accuracy, and financial performance while coordinating across departments to build scalable systems.

The ideal candidate has 7+ years in restoration, strong detail orientation, auditing skills, and proven leadership. IICRC FSRT/OCT preferred, with experience using DASH, Xactimate, ICAT, and KnowHow to optimize workflows.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of restoration experience across contents or specialty services.
• Experience managing a fast-paced, 24/7 operation with cross‑department coordination.
• Strong attention to documentation, billing, and operational workflows.
• Excellent communication, problem solving and systems-thinking abilities.
• IICRC certifications preferred (FSRT and OCT) with OSHA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead 24/7 specialty service operations across a multi-state region.
• Ensure work is executed, documented, and billed accurately.
• Drive consistency in documentation, inventories, and job file quality.
• Oversee workflow and coordination across departments.
• Implement and improve systems for inventory management and documentation accuracy.
• Partner with HR on hiring, onboarding, and staff development.
• Own divisional P&L performance, including cost control and profitability.
• Review job costs, invoices, and financial allocations; drive margin improvements.
• Contribute to annual planning and long-term strategic initiatives.
