Travere Therapeutics in San Diego, CA, is seeking a Director, Specialty Pharmacy, Trade, and Distribution to lead specialty pharmacy accounts, trade operations, and 3PL partnerships supporting FILSPARI access and patient services.

This role combines strategic planning with hands-on execution across contracts, inventory and distribution, and cross-functional collaboration with Access, Reimbursement, Sales, and Supply Chain. Domestic travel ~25% and not 100% remote.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years in pharma/biotech with specialty pharmacy, trade and distribution experience.
• Proven track record managing specialty pharmacy relationships, account planning, performance oversight, and issue resolution.
• Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and translate strategy into operational execution.

Responsabilités

• Lead specialty pharmacy account management as the primary business relationship owner and drive account plans, reviews, and partner accountability.
• Oversee SP performance and patient access, monitor service levels and key metrics.
• Lead trade and distribution planning to support product growth and evolving patient needs.
• Manage 3PL and distribution operations to maintain product availability and inventory.
• Lead channel partner contracting, service requirements, budgets, and invoicing.
• Drive data-driven improvements with IT and Analytics to strengthen reporting and partner workflows.
• Coordinate partner onboarding, launch readiness, and inventory planning for new partners and changes.
• Ensure cross-functional compliance with regulatory requirements and hub/field reimbursement coordination.
