You will drive technical strategy for a 50–150+ engineer organization, embedding AI and ML automation into production-grade differentiators, while owning delivery and partnering with Health care leaders to translate business strategy into engineering bets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive software engineering experience.
• 5+ years leading large engineering organizations.
• Deep, hands-on foundation in distributed systems and cloud-native architectures.
• Proven AI platform ownership and production deployment experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive technical strategy across a multi-team org (50-150+ engineers).
• Embed LLMs, generative AI, agentic workflows, and ML-powered automation into the engineering lifecycle.
• Own delivery at velocity and be accountable for outcomes.
• Partner at the executive level with Product, Data, and Health care leaders to translate strategy into bets.
• Be the technical voice in the room, calling out debt and advocating for right investments.
