Qualifications
- 10+ years of progressive software engineering experience, including 5+ years leading large- scale engineering organizations.
- Deep, hands-on technical foundation in distributed systems and cloud-native architectures.
- Proven AI platform ownership with production AI systems deployment and ML orchestration.
Responsibilities
- Drive technical strategy across a multi-team engineering organization (50-150+ engineers).
- Embed AI/ML-powered automation into the engineering lifecycle as production-grade differentiators.
- Own delivery at velocity and be accountable for outcomes, not roadmaps.
- Partner with Product owners, Data Engineers, and health care leaders to translate business strategy into engineering bets.
- Be the technical voice, addressing architectural debt and advocating for the right investments.
