Job summary

Salesforce is seeking a Services Sales Solutions Architect Director to guide presales with Mulesoft Anypoint and Data 360 capabilities, aligning technical outcomes with client business goals. You will collaborate with Account Partners and SME teams to scope projects, drive multi-cloud solutions, and ensure customer success across large engagements, balancing value, risk, and timelines.

Qualifications

Experience sizing and scoping Mulesoft projects.
Ability to develop customer relationships and align IT with enterprise architecture.
Proven track record in pre-sales and multi-cloud strategies.
Strong executive relationship skills and client advisory capabilities.

Responsibilities

Correctly scope projects (people, skills, timeframe) to deliver on clients' requirements
Provide oversight and governance for pre-sales solutioning and architecture on large multi-cloud implementations
Positively impact client services renewals by aligning customer success with professional services roadmap
Align with Account and Services Sales teams by leading pre-sales activities and proposals
Manage multiple strategic clients simultaneously
Be recognized as a trusted advisor and contribute to Salesforce's reputation
