Job summary

Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Services Sales Solutions Architect Director (Mulesoft) to prescriptively shape, scope, and solution complex MuleSoft Anypoint integrations and related clouds.

You will serve as a trusted technical advisor to customers and guide Sales & Professional Services teams on Mulesoft capabilities and effort estimations. You will partner with an Account Partner to lead technical pre-sales and develop comprehensive implementation proposals, sizing teams, and timelines while

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen and able to pass background checks.
• 5+ years of direct experience delivering and/or overseeing applicable solutions.
• 10+ years’ experience delivering consulting services, including team leadership and selling professional services through technical solutioning.
• 2+ years of sizing and scoping applicable projects.
• MuleSoft Certified Platform/Integration Architect Certification.
• Ability to travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Scope projects (people, skills, timeframe) to deliver on clients’ requirements.
• Provide oversight and governance for pre-sales solutioning and architecture on large multi-cloud implementations.
• Develop client-specific proposals, SOWs, staffing plans, engaging with SMEs to gain consensus on proposals.
• Lead pre-sales activities in collaboration with the Account Partner and Solution Engineers.
• Build executive relationships and drive alignment between client IT and Salesforce partners.
