GSK is seeking a Director, ServiceNow Business Service, Risk & Security Product Manager to lead a group of related products within ServiceNow Platform & Enterprise Tools. You will translate strategies into roadmaps, coach Product Owners, and drive agile delivery across IRM, VR, CSM, HRSD, and LSD modules.

You will oversee end-to-end delivery, ensure compliance and security controls, and report KPIs while guiding cross‑functional partners.
