Job summary

ServiceNow is seeking a Director of Product Management to identify and lead product-led partnership opportunities across the security and risk ecosystem. You will set the product strategy for how ServiceNow partners with security and risk vendors, platforms, and providers to create greater customer value.

As the senior product leader, you will collaborate with security, engineering, product marketing, BD, and sales to define strategy, assess opportunities, and measure outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience owning business cases for partnership investment with measurable outcomes.
• Strong collaboration with senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• 15+ years of enterprise security product management.
• Experience integrating AI into product decisions or partner solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute partnership strategy with security and risk vendors, platforms, and service providers.
• Lead cross-functional alignment with engineering, platform, product marketing, security, risk, and GTM teams.
• Identify and qualify product-led partnership opportunities across security operations, identity, governance, risk, and compliance.
• Build business cases for partnership investment and measure outcomes.
