Job summary

SHI International Corp. is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to define and drive the ServiceNow IRM/GRC and SecOps strategy across security, risk, compliance, audit, and IT teams.

You will deliver scalable solutions to improve risk visibility and regulatory compliance while enabling automation and continuous control monitoring. The role requires leading governance forums, translating requirements into backlog items, and building dashboards for executive oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
• 8+ years of experience in risk management, compliance, cybersecurity, or security operations.
• 3+ years of experience with ServiceNow IRM/GRC and/or SecOps product ownership.
• Experience leading enterprise-scale ServiceNow or GRC/SecOps transformations.
• Ability to travel to SHI, Partner, and Customer Events; travel 25% preferred.
• ServiceNow certifications such as CIS-IRM, CIS-SecOps, CSA; familiarity with CMDB and SIEM.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage the ServiceNow IRM/GRC and SecOps product roadmap.
• Drive adoption and maturity of capabilities, including policy, audit, BCM, TPRM, vulnerability response, and incident response.
• Define requirements, prioritize enhancements, and translate them into backlog items.
• Develop dashboards and reporting for leadership visibility and audit transparency.
• Collaborate with Security, GRC, Audit, IT Operations, and Platform teams to ensure integration.
