Job summary

ServiceNow seeks a Director of Product Management to lead product-led partnerships in security and risk. You will define the strategy for partnering with vendors, platforms, and service providers to drive value, with executive-level influence across the organization.

As an individual contributor with enterprise-wide scope, you will collaborate with engineering, product marketing, security, risk, and GTM teams to drive joint roadmaps and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience integrating AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving.
• 15+ years of enterprise security product management with working knowledge of security and AI stack.
• Track record of setting multi-year product strategy and influencing VP and C-level decisions.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify product-led partnership opportunities in security and risk.
• Set strategy for due diligence, integration, and roadmap alignment from qualification to activation-ready handoff.
• Build business cases for partnership investments and own outcomes.
• Define success metrics and incubate early customers for joint solutions.
