Job summary

GSK is seeking a Director, ServiceNow Data Intelligence & Experience Product Manager to lead a group of Core Products (Knowledge, Chat, Voice of Customer, Performance Analytics and BI Data Lake, VA NLU) within the ServiceNow Platform & Enterprise Tools domain. The role directs Product Owners, shapes roadmaps, and partners with stakeholders to deliver data-driven business value.

Translate clear business needs into product roadmaps and priorities.
Coach and align Product Owners to deliver value across multiple products.
Balance governance, security, and compliance with rapid iterations.

Responsibilities

Translate strategic goals into actionable roadmaps and priorities for Core Products: Knowledge, Chat, Voice of Customer, Performance Analytics and BI Data Lake.
Provide direction to Product Owners, prioritise backlogs, ensure robust business cases and data-driven decisions.
Oversee third-party delivery partners, ensuring outputs meet requirements, standards and KPIs.
Promote agile delivery practices and risk management to drive continuous improvement across the domain.
Lead cross-functional collaboration with stakeholders, architects and governance owners to enable coherent design.
