Job summary

GSK is seeking a ServiceNow Risk & Security Technical Product Owner to maximise value by translating business needs into a prioritised backlog and guiding delivery across the product lifecycle.

You will combine hands‑on ServiceNow GRC, Security Operations and Integrated Risk Management configuration with strong governance, ensuring secure, compliant solutions that meet enterprise security standards and SLAs.

Qualifications

• Experience defining and prioritising functional requirements (epics, features, user stories).
• Experience delivering digital solutions in enterprise environments.
• Strong background in governance, security, data protection and regulatory considerations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders to understand needs and define outcomes within guardrails.
• Own and manage the product backlog with clearly defined epics, features and user stories.
• Lead delivery with engineers, architects and testers to ensure secure, compliant solutions.
• Define technical solution designs for Risk & Security features and ensure alignment with standards.
• Drive operational readiness including training, runbooks and release notes.
