Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a Director of Product Management within the Security Solutions group to lead market-facing products that enhance fraud prevention and authentication, while driving regional revenue growth and customer value.

You will partner with sales, regional teams and global partners to define strategy, enablement, and go-to-market plans. You will mentor a high-performing team and travel up to 15% to support initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in the Financial Services/Payments and understanding of the digital payments and security landscape.
• Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills with senior leaders.
• Ability to interact with, build consensus and influence across internal and external partners at all levels of leadership.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the annual revenue budget established for product suite.
• Drive strategy, roadmap and value proposition in industry, customer and internal forums.
• Capture market needs by leveraging data insights, voice of the customer and monitoring market conditions.
• Develop and maintain an ongoing assessment of competitive landscape to inform sales strategy and future product roadmap.
