• Control & Issue Management: Establish and maintain a unified approach linking control effectiveness with audit outcomes.
• Audit & Compliance Oversight: Act as a liaison for internal audits and regulatory interactions affecting Core Payments.
• Execution & Change Leadership: Drive cross-functional initiatives to strengthen controls and embed compliance into processes.
• Culture & Leadership: Promote a risk-aware culture and empower integration of risk into product development and strategy.
