Job summary

Mastercard is seeking a highly strategic, customer-facing Vice President of Customer Enablement for Security Solutions. You will design and lead executive engagement strategies with CISOs and senior client leaders, shaping product strategy and go-to-market priorities.

You will build customer councils, advisory boards, and industry forums, coordinating with Marketing, Product, Sales and Services to drive impact and growth across Security Solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in product strategy, cybersecurity, fraud, identity, payments, consulting, technology.
• Proven ability to engage senior customer executives and influence strategic decisions.
• Experience building and operating executive councils, advisory boards or similar programs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead a global customer engagement strategy for Security Solutions.
