The role focuses on onboarding, ongoing relationship management, and driving revenue growth through expansions and strategic initiatives. The candidate will partner with cross-functional teams, including Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, to ensure

Proven track record in people leadership.
Experience in partner success or related roles, with measurable outcomes.
Experience in partner-led or ecosystem models, with indirect customer engagement.
Proven success improving retention and adoption with channel partners.
Ability to ideate and co-create new solutions with partners.
Collaborative, proactive leader with strong relationships and data-driven approach.

Responsibilities

Monitor partner performance, adoption, usage, satisfaction, service levels, and revenue outcomes; identify risks and opportunities using partner feedback and data.
Lead a global team of Partner Success managers; onboarding, revenue speed, and scalable adoption; align plans with Mastercard account strategies.
Develop and execute joint growth plans to expand relationships, drive renewals, and identify expansions; engage senior leaders to align priorities and translate feedback into actions.
