Job summary

Pearson's Connections Academy is seeking a Director of School Operations to lead operational excellence across a portfolio of schools, partnering with school leaders to strengthen effectiveness, coaching, and scalable execution.

The DSO will directly manage multiple school leaders, ensure regulatory compliance, support enrollment growth, and collaborate with SSP and Academic Outcomes teams to drive student success. Travel is required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years proven leadership experience as a Principal or equivalent level.
• Advanced degree in Education or Management.
• Experience with virtual school operations.
• Strong communications skills and data‑driven/results orientation.

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio‑level school operations across multiple schools.
• Directly coach and manage multiple school leaders.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and contract requirements.
• Drive enrollment growth through operational readiness and capacity planning.
• Collaborate with SSP, Academic Outcomes teams, and other partners.
