Pearson is seeking a Director of School Operations (DSO) to lead operational excellence across a portfolio of Connections Academy schools in the United States. The role focuses on strengthening school leaders and leadership teams through coaching, data-driven decision-making, and scalable processes.

The DSO will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance, strategic execution, and sustainability at scale, while supporting enrollment growth and student success.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years proven leadership experience as a Principal or equivalent level.
• Advanced degree in Education or Management is required.
• Virtual school leadership experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel frequently.

• Lead operational execution across multiple schools and leadership teams.
• Directly manage and coach multiple school leaders across a portfolio of schools.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and contract requirements, operational efficiency, and sustainability at scale.
• Enable enrollment growth through operational readiness.
• Partner with SSP to translate account strategy into disciplined, scalable execution.
• Lead hiring and onboarding of school leaders and drive succession planning.
• Operate with enterprise systems, processes, and initiatives while minimizing disruption.
