Qualifications

• 3–5 years proven leadership as a Principal or equivalent

• Advanced degree in Education or Management required
• Experience leading virtual schools
• Willingness to travel frequently
• Strong communications and data-driven approach

Responsibilities

• Lead portfolio-wide school operations leadership and coach multiple school leaders
• Monitor compliance, enrollment readiness, and operational scalability
• Collaborate with SSP and Academic Outcomes teams to drive performance
• Ensure consistent execution of school year cycles and leadership development
