Pearson seeks a Director of School Operations to lead operational execution across a portfolio of Connections Academy schools, coaching school leaders and ensuring compliance and scalability. The role emphasizes collaboration with the School Success Partner and Academic Outcomes teams to align strategy with execution.

The DSO will focus on enrollment readiness, leadership development, and sustainable operations at scale, while upholding Pearson values and ensuring high-quality student

Formación

• 3–5 years proven leadership experience as a Principal or equivalent
• Advanced degree in Education or Management required
• Virtual school leadership experience and willingness to travel
• Strong communications skills and data-driven mindset

Responsabilidades

• Lead operational execution across multiple schools and leadership teams.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and contract requirements.
• Drive enrollment growth through operational readiness.
• Coach school leaders and manage performance.
• Collaborate with SSP and external partners.
