Pearson is seeking a Director of School Operations to lead operational excellence across a portfolio of Connections Academy schools. This senior role partners with school leaders to strengthen instruction through coaching, systems, and scalability.

The DSO will manage multiple school leaders, ensure regulatory and contract compliance, enable enrollment growth, and drive strategic initiatives with cross-functional teams. Travel frequently is required.

Qualifikationen

• 3-5 years proven leadership experience as a Principal or equivalent level.
• Advanced degree in Education or Management is required.
• Virtual school leadership required.
• Ability to travel frequently
