Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Director of School Operations to oversee enterprise-level operations across Connections Academy schools. The role focuses on strengthening leadership effectiveness, ensuring compliance, and delivering scalable execution at pace.

The DSO will coach school leaders, build sustainable processes, and drive enrollment growth through robust operational readiness while aligning with Pearson values and standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years proven leadership experience as a Principal or equivalent
• Advanced degree in Education or Management is required
• Virtual school leadership experience required
• Willingness to travel frequently and manage across multiple schools

Responsibilities

• Lead operational execution across multiple schools and leadership teams.
• Directly manage and coach multiple school leaders across a portfolio of schools.
• Ensure compliance with regulations, contract requirements, and operational efficiency at scale.
• Drive enrollment growth by ensuring operational readiness.
• Partner with SSP to translate strategy into scalable execution.
