Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Director of School Operations to lead operational excellence across a portfolio of Connections Academy schools. The role partners with school leaders, coaches leadership teams, ensures compliance and accountability, and drives enrollment growth through strong operational readiness.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years proven leadership experience as a Principal or equivalent level is required.
• Advanced degree in Education or Management is required.
• Virtual school leadership experience is required.
• Flexible and adaptable to changing needs.
• Comfortable with technology and digital collaboration tools.
• Strong communications skills and data-driven decision making are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational execution across multiple schools and leadership teams.
• Directly manage and coach multiple school leaders across a portfolio of schools.
• Establish consistent operational expectations and scalable execution across schools.
• Support enrollment growth through operational readiness and effective onboarding.
