Job summary

Pearson is seeking a Director of School Operations to lead operational excellence across a portfolio of Connections Academy schools. The role coaches principals and school leaders, ensures compliance, and drives enrollment growth through scalable, data-driven strategies.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years proven leadership experience as a Principal or equivalent level.
• Advanced degree in Education or Management required.
• Virtual school leadership required.
• Flexible
• Comfortable with technology
• Strong communications skills
• Data-driven and results-focused
• Ability to travel frequently

Responsibilities

• Lead operational execution across a portfolio of schools and leadership teams.
• Directly manage and coach multiple school leaders.
• Indirectly support and influence leadership teams and staff through systems and execution discipline.
• Establish consistent operational expectations across schools.
• Oversee compliance and charter/SOA requirements.
• Drive enrollment growth through operational readiness.
• Partner with School Success Partner to align strategies at scale.
