Job summary

BW Design Group is seeking a Director of Sales & Business Development Operations to lead sales operations, pursuit coordination, and strategic market activities in the Life Sciences sector. You will enable BNP executives and market leaders with robust processes, systems, and governance to drive growth.

The role emphasizes strategic planning, CRM optimization, and cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Finance, and regional leaders to ensure successful pursuits and efficient operations.

Qualifications

• 15 years of experience in business development operations, pursuit coordination, or related roles within AEC or Life Sciences sectors.
• Understanding of Life Sciences facilities, GMP environments, or capital project lifecycles.
• Strong organizational and communication skills, including preparing executive-ready materials.
• Proven success supporting senior leaders through scheduling, project coordination, or pursuit support.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Sales Operations Leadership & Strategy: support national Life Sciences growth strategies through coordination and planning.
• Build and optimize sales operations function including team structure, resources, account tools, capture templates, and tech stack (CRM - OMS); lead transformation initiatives.
• Develop metrics and reporting for proposals, pursuit activity, cycle time, and efficiency.
