Job summary

Verizon is seeking an Associate Director of Technical Project Management (Revenue Engineering) in Temple Terrace, Florida. You will define and drive a cost-optimized, seamless employee experiences while aligning GTM tech with KPIs.

Lead a team, optimize CRM/ERP platforms, and manage lifecycle from plan to execution. This hybrid role demands collaboration across stakeholders and delivering measurable improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of work experience.
• Experience leading a team.
• Proven record managing complex projects.
• Experience designing GTM technology strategy.
• Direct experience with Revenue Operations platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive vision for the revenue technology strategy.
• Lead a team, plan work, remove barriers and drive productivity.
• Coordinate all stages of the software development life cycle from business case to evaluation.
• Build processes to gather process improvement insights from the team.
• Manage architecture, development, and administration of CRM/ERP bolt-on ecosystem.
