Qualifications

• Proven track record designing an employee-centric GTM tech strategy.
• Experience with revenue technology platforms and CRM/ERP ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive revenue tech vision aligned with business KPIs.
• Lead a team, plan work, remove barriers, and drive productivity.
• Drive employee experience transformations and system optimization.
• Coordinate all stages of the software development life cycle from business case to evaluation.
• Manage architecture, development, and administration of CRM/ERP bolt-on ecosystem.
