Job summary

Verizon is seeking an Associate Director of Technical Project Management to shape a revenue-focused employee experience. You will define a vision and lead a team to optimize the GTM tech stack, CRM/ERP integration, and cost management across platforms such as Marketo, Gong, Amazon Connect, and Gainsight.

You will coordinate all stages of the software development lifecycle, partner with GTS and product stakeholders, and drive cross-functional transformation in a hybrid work model.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or four+ years of work experience.
• Eight+ years of relevant experience required.
• Experience managing a team.
• Experience managing complex projects.
• Proven track record designing and executing an employee-centric GTM technology strategy.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive vision for the revenue technology strategy.
• Lead a team, plan work, remove barriers, and drive productivity.
• Drive core employee experience transformations and system optimization.
• Coordinate all stages of the software development life cycle from business case to evaluation.
• Build processes to gather process improvement insights from the team.
• Oversee CRM/ERP bolt-on ecosystem including Marketo, Gong, Amazon Connect, Gainsight, LeanData, Plauti, and Salesloft.
