Job summary

Abnormal is seeking a Director of Revenue Systems & Analytics to own the GTM tech stack end to end, aligning investments with revenue goals and driving cross-functional insights across marketing, sales, and customer success. You will build executive-level analytics and dashboards to reveal true end-to-end performance.

You will lead with an AI-first mindset, govern data, and partner with Finance to deliver trusted insights for leadership while managing budgets and vendor relationships.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in GTM systems, revenue operations, or revenue analytics at a high-growth B2B SaaS company.
• Proven track record owning a multi-function GTM tech stack and delivering a strategic roadmap tied to revenue outcomes.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce as core system of record with cloud data warehouse & BI for exec reporting.
• Experience building executive/board dashboards connecting full funnel from pipeline to bookings.
• Strong GTM metrics knowledge (pipeline, conversion, ARR, retention, forecast) with senior leadership credibility.
• Experience bringing AI & automation into GTM systems with prudent risk awareness.
• Experience managing software budgets, vendor negotiations, and stack rationalization.

Responsibilities

• Own the GTM tech stack end to end across marketing, sales, and customer success.
• Build a roadmap aligned to company strategy and revenue goals, prioritizing by impact to pipeline, conversion, retention, and expansion.
• Lead with an AI-first approach across the GTM stack and ensure data accuracy and auditability.
• Make revenue analytics the single source of truth with executive dashboards across the customer lifecycle.
• Break down silos with cross-functional metrics and reporting across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Govern data quality, definitions, and governance with Finance to ensure clean GTM reporting.
• Manage GTM software strategy, vendor relationships, budget, and renewals.
• Build and lead a high-performing team of systems, data, and analytics professionals.
