Job summary

Abnormal is seeking a Director of Revenue Systems & Analytics to own the GTM tech stack across marketing, sales, and customer success. You will build executive-level analytics and dashboards to reveal how the revenue engine performs from first touch to renewal and expansion.

You will lead AI-enabled workflows, drive a unified revenue platform, and partner with Finance, IT, and Security to ensure data trust and strategic alignment. This role reports to the VP of GTM Operations.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in GTM systems, revenue operations, or revenue analytics at a high-growth B2B SaaS company, with at least 5 years leading teams.
• Proven track record owning a multi-function GTM tech stack and delivering a strategic roadmap tied to revenue outcomes.
• Deep expertise in Salesforce as core system of record, plus hands-on cloud data warehouse and BI platform for executive reporting.
• Experience building executive and board-level dashboards that connect the full funnel from pipeline to expansion.
• Strong command of GTM metrics (pipeline, conversion, ARR, retention, forecast) and defending them with senior leaders.
• Experience bringing AI and automation into GTM systems and workflows with sound judgment.
• Experience managing software budgets, vendor negotiations, and stack rationalization.

Responsibilities

• Own the GTM tech stack end to end; lead strategy, architecture, and roadmap across marketing, sales, and customer success ecosystems as one revenue platform.
• Build a roadmap aligned to company strategy and revenue goals, prioritizing impact on pipeline, conversion, retention, and expansion.
• Lead with an AI-first approach; define how AI/agentic workflows appear across the GTM stack to accelerate decisions without compromising data integrity.
• Make revenue analytics the single source of truth; develop executive dashboards showing end-to-end performance across the customer lifecycle.
• Break down silos by designing cross-functional metrics, definitions, and reporting across Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Govern data quality and definitions; partner with Data and Finance to ensure GTM reporting reconciles for board and exec settings.
• Manage the stack as a business; own software strategy, vendor relationships, budget, and renewals.
• Build and lead a high-performing team of systems, data, and analytics professionals; grow future GTM leaders.
• Act as strategic partner to GTM leadership, translating priorities into systems and data-driven insights.
