Job summary

BH Management, LLC, a leading multifamily owner and operator, seeks a Remote Residency Connectivity Program Manager to lead the strategy and execution of resident internet and IoT initiatives across the portfolio. You will collaborate with Property Operations, Marketing, and IT to drive program impact and resident satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Business, Project Management, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field preferred; equivalent combination considered.
• ~2+ years of experience in multifamily property management, program management, operations, technology implementation, or related industry.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment with high accuracy.
• Travel up to 60%, including local and overnight travel within assigned markets.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) and ability to leverage tech to analyze data and support decision-making.
• Experience with Adobe products and project management software preferred.
• Working knowledge of project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships and influence diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently in a cross-functional team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute Resident Internet and Smart Technology Program strategy across the portfolio.
• Collaborate with Property Operations, Marketing, Centralized Operations, and leadership to maximize program performance.
• Define, track, and report on program goals, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement across markets.
• Manage resource planning, workload distribution, and project assignments.
• Support hiring, onboarding, training, performance evaluations, and succession planning.
• Oversee multiple concurrent installations, conversions, upgrades, and tech initiatives.
• Ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Partner with vendors to deliver program initiatives and manage contracts.
• Monitor portfolio performance to improve utilization, revenue, efficiency, and resident satisfaction.
