Job summary

BH Management, LLC is seeking a Resident Connectivity Program Manager to lead internet, IoT, and smart technology initiatives across its portfolio. This remote role requires strong program management, vendor coordination, and a focus on resident experience.

The ideal candidate partners with Operations, Marketing, IT, and external partners to drive performance, track KPIs, manage budgets, and deliver scalable connectivity programs while maintaining compliance and security standards.

Qualifications

• ~2+ years of experience in multifamily property management, program management, operations, technology implementation, or a related industry preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 60% (local and overnight) as needed.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools; experience with Adobe products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Resident Connectivity programs across the portfolio.
• Collaborate with Operations, IT, Marketing, and external vendors to deliver program initiatives.
• Define, track, and report on program goals, KPIs, and performance metrics to stakeholders.
• Ensure program execution aligns with budgets, timelines, and compliance standards.
• Support onboarding, training, and ongoing development for team members.
