Job summary

Servier is seeking a Field Medical Lead to guide the Emi‑Le oncology MSL team, align stem cell and clinical activities with medical affairs, and drive strategic field initiatives. You will manage performance, mentor reports, and collaborate with Medical Directors, Operations, and Global partners to execute critical plans.

The role requires a doctorate in life sciences with 10+ years of experience in oncology, and proven MSL leadership, with up to 70% travel and a remote-field setup.

Qualifications

• Accredited doctorate in life-science or basic-science with oncology experience.
• 10+ years relevant work experience.
• MSL team management preferred in a matrix environment.
• Product launch experience required.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and coach a team.

Responsibilities

• Function as the direct manager of the Emi‑Le oncology MSLs.
• Assess performance and provide ongoing coaching through 1:1s and field visits.
• Represent MSL Management during field interactions with HCPs.
• Provide strategic guidance on clinical trends and regional changes.
• Oversee MSL territory plans and activities to meet goals.
• Lead CRM system for the Emi‑Le oncology field medical team.
