Qualifications

• Accredited doctorate in life-science or basic-science (MD, PharmD, or Ph.D.). Oncology experience required.
• Experience leading MSL teams and field teams in Oncology preferred.
• Strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Emi-Le oncology MSLs and oversee field medical plans.
• Build strategic guidance for MSLs and analyze regional trends.
• Ensure MSL territory plans align with medical affairs goals and KPIs.
• Recruit, hire and retain talent for the MSL team and monitor performance.
