Job summary

Servier Pharmaceuticals is seeking a Field Medical Lead responsible for strategic planning, development, implementation, and execution of Emi-Le MSL field medical plans. This role leads a team of Emi-Le oncology MSLs engaged with national and regional KOLs to discuss research and medical information.

The position reports to the Executive Director, MSL Field Team and collaborates with Medical Directors, Medical Operations, and Global partners to achieve key deliverables and clinical impact.

Qualifications

• Accredited doctorate degree in life-science or basic-science (MD, PharmD, or Ph.D.). Oncology experience required.
• 10+ years relevant work experience in medical affairs/MSL functions.
• MSL team management preferred and experience in a matrix environment.
• Product launch experience is required.
• Strong communication skills and ability to influence stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Emi-Le oncology MSLs and field medical plans.
• Provide strategic guidance and KPI metrics for MSL activities.
• Oversee territory plans, field visits, and collaborations with KOLs.
• Ensure compliant, approved messaging and responses to off-label questions.
• Develop internal/external collaborations to support MSL execution.
• Lead CRM system customization and user adoption for the MSL team.
• Recruit, coach, and develop MSL talent and performance.
• Collaborate with Medical Directors, Medical Operations, and Global partners.
