Job summary

Takeda seeks a Lead MSL to head a regional or national US Medical Science Liaison team within Oncology Medical Affairs. You will supervise 6–10 MSLs, develop field plans, ensure compliance, and foster cross-functional collaboration while maintaining deep oncology expertise in hematologic malignancies.

The role requires an MD/PhD/PharmD/DNP with 7+ years in Medical Affairs and 4+ years in field medical roles, with oncology experience.

Qualifications

• MD/PhD/PharmD/DNP with at least 7 years in Medical Affairs and 4+ years in field medical roles.
• Oncology experience required.
