Job summary

Massive Bio, a Boca Raton-based oncology AI company, seeks a Director of Business Development & Client Delivery to drive sponsor relationships and end-to-end project delivery for SentinelAgent™ in the US. You’ll own the pipeline, negotiate with sponsors, and ensure compliant close-out across studies.

You report to the CEO, with a dotted line to the Chief Medical AI Officer. 80% of your time is business development and client delivery, 20% product support, and ~25–35% travel.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in US clinical research, with hands-on data side experience (CRF/EDC)
• Sponsor-facing business development experience with pilots
• Familiarity with FDA/EMA regulations and gCP practices
• Ability to manage multi-stakeholder relationships across sponsors, sites, and product teams
• Strong negotiation, documentation, and contract control skills

Responsibilities

• Lead 80% business development and client delivery activities with ophthalmic? sponsors; drive pilot proposals within 10 days
• Own sponsor relationships from kickoff to readout; manage cadence and readout packages
• Draft statements of work and pilot agreements; ensure adherence to rate cards and approvals
• Price engagements within published discount schedules and secure written approvals for exceptions
• Demonstrate evidence-based selling with concordance, time-motion studies and ROI models
• Coordinate close-out deliverables, follow-up and recordings per regulatory requirements
• Build the partner layer: EDC vendors and CRO/SMO channels; align with Product on certification
